• Right-of-way agents and landmen: acquisition, negotiation and landowner relations

• Title researchers and abstractors: ownership reports and title curative

• Permitting specialists: county, state, railroad and utility crossing permits

• Document and GIS support: tract mapping, legal descriptions and KMZ files
