On-Time Right of Way Solutions was founded by two women with deep roots in land services and surveying. Their father, a lifelong pipe-liner and surveyor, worked for one of Houston's most reputable pipeline services companies, instilling in them a strong foundation from a young age. Climbing the ranks in a family-owned business as non-family members, they gained invaluable experience on projects of all sizes, prioritizing quality regardless of scale.

 

When the family company was acquired by private equity years later, they recognized the need to return to a relationship-based approach and took a giant leap of faith by starting their own company, a company that prioritizes people and attention to detail. With the support of a single client, they relied on their faith and commitment to deliver results promptly and accurately.
